Microsoft outlook roaming profiles
Now we want to set up automatic roaming profile for their outlook as well. That means when we configure outlook , it should automatically be configured on the home drive and every time the user launches outlook , it should launch the profile from the home drive. I know that this can be done manually by changing the location of the OST file in the mail profile properties. I want to know if there is a way we can do it automatically for all the users on all the 4 terminal servers.

There is nothing that needs to be configured at Outlook level when you are using actual Roaming Profiles and not only Folder Redirection. Roaming Profiles are configured at Active Directory user-object level by specifying a Profile Path location. There are 2 modes to modes to using Group Policy for Start management.
Full Lockdown and Partial Lockdown. The full lockdown scenario prevents the user from making any changes to Start's layout.
