Quite satisfied with quality and price. Pricing competitive but I have been waiting almost 3 months for a cordless circular that I could have bought at most local hardware stores. Double thumbs down Will never use them again. I have called customer service once, everyday and left several voicemails; they never answer the phone. I have attempted sending emails, also no response. It's disappointing, but I would just like my product or a refund. These guys had the mini masonry saw I was looking for.

It's pretty surprising that other online stores don't have it. Order arrived in time. Tip for consumers: Huge variety. I don't think there is a tool you won't find on this site. These guys are great, had the sandpaper I needed for my old random-orbit sander, great price, super fast delivery. I needed a part that Home Depot, Lowes wouldn't have on their shelf. ToolOrbit had it at a good price and shipped it out in a timely manner.

I would use them again. Price was great. Took several weeks to receive. It was ordered from Delta; shipped to Tool Orbit then shipped to me. Don't understand why is wasn't shipped to me from Delta. It took so long I called Tool Orbit to see why I hadn't received it. Price is 5 stars. Delivery of product in a timely fashion rates 1 star. I have been waiting for over two months for only one single item and i still have not receive it, try to connect customer service over two weeks but no one ever answers the phone, always voicemail, never respond.

Every time I order directly from ToolOrbit it takes too long to deliver. On this particular order the parts were damaged. I sent an email with pictures and didn't get any response!

Not even a sorry! I placed an order thru Amazon and Amazon ordered it thru ToolOrbit! That made me worry, "oh no! I'm not going to get my order for a few months and I need it right away! Why is it when I order thru Amazon it delivers it alot faster? Not sure if I will ever order thru ToolOrbit again. After I recently purchased a Powermatic benchtop mortiser, I went to the Powermatic company website looking for the riser block I had read about in various woodworking forums.

I had looked at many of the "usual places" and not found it, in keeping with the experience many others had reported. I was surprised to see that I couldn't purchase the accessory directly from the manufacturer's site, but instead was encouraged to purchase from one of two listed "recommended" vendors.

I selected ToolOrbit and made the purchase. A couple of weeks after I received the order confirmation email I had still not heard from them ToolOrbit about shipping the part, so I contacted them, initially by email. I received a generic form letter which did not tell me anything about the status of my item, so I then telephoned the company.

Now, I was not in a huge hurry for the part and I would probably have been okay with waiting that long to receive it I wasn't terribly happy with their service, and since I purchased a premium tool Powermatic , I decided I should let them know about the performance of one of their recommended vendors.

I then called Powermatic's customer service. I spoke with a very helpful woman who took my information and said she'd look into it for me. A few hours went by and at about 5 pm that Friday evening, I received an email from the manager of the parent company of ToolOrbit Eric House, GM of Toolmart , who explained what had happened and said they would waive all charges for this order and I would receive the part free of charge, due to their internal problems.

And I was charged for the part - but not for the shipping. All in all, I did receive the part, and they do indeed have good prices, but I can't recommend them very highly, due to their poor communications, both with the customer, and apparently internally as well. I was very surprised that I found the Makita pads let alone that they were half the price of my lumber yard.

Lumber yard tried to get me to just buy sander. I am glad I found toolorbit , the price was half of lumber yard and it was delivered in half the time they said. Thanks ToolOrbit. Quality products, excellent service and short delivray service.

A 5 stars operation. ToolOrbit was great to work with. They were prompt in letting me know that my machine was backordered and kept it on order. They were quick to let me know it had shipped and sent the tracking info. I will definitely recommend them and buy from them again. I ordered a Templaco Bore Master kit. Tool Orbit contacted me when my credit card was declined.

I had already contacted the credit card folks to assure them it was a valid charge. Blake ran the card again while I was on the phone and assured me it would still ship out the same day.

It arrived as expected, and works great. I order the hitachi diamond grinder blades. Great pricing. Not the fastest on delivery but pricing makes up for slow processing. Always helpful when I call.
